Buyers consultation to discuss buyers agency agreement, then I recommend if you will be placing an offer with a loan to get preapproved to see how much buying power you have. Then the search starts, put offers in, once an offer is accepted buyer puts deposit in, does inspection, works with attorney to discuss anything that may have come up during this time period, appraisal, finalize your loan, receive title, and close the deal! Of course many steps may come up in-between and every deal is different.
